Toño & Beto's has created natural foods faithful to the traditional recipes and methods of the finest of Southern Mexican cuisine. We remove all the stems, seeds, and veins from the finest chile peppers, then roast, soak and grind them. Next, we roast and toast seeds (pumpkin and sesame), bread, peanuts, garlic and onion; then pulverize and combine them with the chile peppers and other regional spices.
Unlike all competing products - which are oily pastes packed with preservatives - Toño & Beto's Mole's de Mexico are made from 100% all-natural ingredients and contain no additives or preservatives.

In Mexico, dried chiles, especially ancho (a dried poblano), guajillo and de arbol, are some of the most commonly used chile peppers. Offering distinctly different flavor than their fresh counterparts, these dried chiles are treasured and indispensable ingredients in central and southern Mexican cuisine. Our dried chiles are often used in barbecue sauce, dry rubs, chile sauces, and marinades. Like all of our products, our dried chile flakes are all-natural and completely free of preservatives, artificial colorings and additives.
